Carl was very attentive and thorough with his inspection. I live in a condo and so no outside inspection was necessary, but he wanted to check the balcony anyway. He noted a few cracks inside which were minor. He checked all appliances to see if they were working, including looking at the bathroom fan.He had his gadget for inspecting any dampness. None found.Highly recommend using him to anyone.

I’m not to sure how to start this review except that Carl was AMAZING ! He was on time and when he showed up he got straight to work ! He kept us informed of things his was doing , even showing us a few things like the infrared camera and what he was looking for etc! His price was very reasonable for the amount of work he put in! The biggest thing that will always make me come back to him is that he found out that the house had a fire in it that the sellers failed to disclose! With out his knowledge and work we would have never known and I can appreciate that so much! I would highly recommend over and over again , and i myself would continue to use him going forward!
