I had a appointment today for my son that I needed to cancel because I wasn't feeling the best. Because of covid I was just looking out for them to keep everyone safe. I called in an a woman named Lisa picked up once I told her i needed to cancel she caught a instant attitude and said while the hygienist is here now making it seem like she was only in today for my son an that I would be charged for canceling. I have canceled last minute before an have NEVER been charged. Once I told her i wasn't feeling well she rudely hung up an said okay bye" most respectful receptionist would reschedule your appointment. Her customer service was really terrible which is unfortunate because I have never had a bad experience an my son loves it there! I will be finding a new dentist after this."

First time going. I chipped my tooth at work today. My regular dentist couldn't get me in, they didn't have a appointment available for over a month for the time slot that I needed. I needed it fixed asap. I called this dentist office today and they got me in the same day. They did a amazing job on my tooth. It was like nothing ever happened. They were very friendly and it didn't take long at all. Both dentist and dentist assistant did great work. Thanks so much for helping me out so quickly.

The dentist is a beautiful, lovely, gentle woman who doesn’t push work to be done. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly. First visit and they were great with my senior parents
