If you are looking for an insurance, better look elsewhere. WORST company ever!!! VERONIQUE is incompetent, she won’t answer my calls and leaves you hanging until you become frustrated. Too slow to process the claims. The only way to reach her is by leaving a voicemail message and then she’ll do the same. How would you be able to discuss stuff by just voicemail? The company they recommend won’t even take my car. I am not renewing my insurance to this company. Learned my lesson. TAKE MY ADVICE.. WORST COMPANY EVER!!

Please look elsewhere for insurance, I have been with them since November and never got my insurance slip in the mail (it has been 8 months). They have no problem hounding, mailing and calling for payments but when I ask for the insurance slip to keep in my car there is nothing. I have no idea if I was actually insured but what I do know is I am down over $6500. I asked to make a final payment to switch and they said I had to pay an extra month that will be refunded in a few weeks. It has been a month and I did not get my refund, instead they are somehow asking for another $100 from me? Please, do not make the same mistake I did and work with these people, it will only be met with frustration and lost money. Take this as a sign to look elsewhere as they will not charge you for months and then charge double your actual insurance price as a fee without any communication

Julian Burgos….the laziest insurance adjuster I’ve ever encountered. Never answer phone calls or emails or anything simply so bad at his job.

Canceled my policy with them with my broker and they still took payment out of my account. Working with my broker to get it back but it seams like everything about this company is a challenge. I do not recommend if looking for High risk insurance.

*** I encourage everyone to share their story please ***If I could give them a 0 I would they are unreliable un organized and sneaky as well Hayley advised my claim was not at fault over email yet Dennis the adjuster deducted 1000 deductible has to this day 3 weeks in. It paid my rental reimbursement or car seat !!!!! Wow They are over priced but the service after an accident or claim is so not worth to be with them. They took over 3 weeks to have a cheque sent to me and even then the bank took another 7 days to deposit it to my account please use another insurance company don’t waste your time.

These guys have gone above and beyond for me. Highly recommended!

Very bad company.They can’t even answer a direct question when you call them.They assure you that you are covered but the payment plan is unclear.I’ve been overcharged by them for a year.157$ a month when in fact my contract was supposed to be way cheaper than that.Thing is, they are the only people that will insure me.Avoid them.I will be leaving them at the end of my contract. Even if I will pay more with another insurance company. I don’t care.They have terrible service. They do answer the phone but it is never an insurance courrier that answers you.I can’t reach anybody who can answer my questions about payments/insurance contract.

We canceled our insurance with them a month and a half ago and they are still taking payments out of our account. I can't just shut off the direct payment info with my bank because when they get ready to finally reimburse us, they won't be able to.

WORSt insurance company ever wouldn’t pro rata after their mess up. High increase out of no where for no reason. Over charged and rude; avoid at all costs

If I could give zero stars i would. My claim was put in October 1st 2022 and has still not been resolved. No one answers emails or calls. Worst company on the planet. Do NOT use this company, you will regret it
