The published wait times are more of a 'finger in the air' estimate. Recommend adding a third of the published time to your expected wait.

Its nice and clean lab around the city.The staff is really very nice and polite.They have two options for appointments in the current situation-1) line up outside the lab and wait for tour turn 2) sharp at 8 am in the morning the window opens up and you can book and appointment online and as per given time,show up at the lab.Please use the app if interested in doing an online appointment as the wait time disappears while using the browser.When you reach the lab,there are two separate lines,one for regular line up and other for online appointments.Please inform and confirm your available for lab test with the in charge letting in the patient’s on arrival for easy understanding of the situation.Right now, there is a promotion going on,of 50% to get access to your lab test.I am rating 4 stars not 5 stars due to confusion happened in sending line up and online appointments patients in for test.

I haven’t been for blood work in years and after reading some reviews here, my expectations were as low as possible given that the only day that works with my schedule is Saturdays. I showed up for opening and the waiting room was already mostly full. There must have been at least 40 people ahead of me. I imagine most people must have arrived around 6am. My registration was seamless and the person who helped me was friendly and welcoming. My only complaint would be how they estimate the waiting time. As I waited my turn and as all the chairs filled up in the waiting room, I overheard others being offered to wait in their vehicles and receive a text message 10 mins prior to their turn because the wait was about an hour. I had been sitting there for an hour and a half. But I was well prepared with some reading material, so I didn’t mind. Once I was called, I met two phlebotomist, which is typical for me and my shy veins. The whole process took just over 2 hours. But if you’re planning for this, your expectations will be satisfied as this is a well run lab considering the volume of people they accept. Keep in mind the world we live in now of staffing issues. Any person dedicated to providing this type of service deserves a gold medal.

They were excellent with my 5 year old daughter who was very very nervous about getting a blood test. They clearly had experience with kids.

Honestly, I go out of my way from Aylmer to visit this Dynacare. While it's nothing fancy, the staff is always prepared, efficient and attentive. As someone with a fear of needles, I have to especially thank Barb for all her kindness and top skills ♡♡♡

Rudest staff, maybe 1 decent staff member there. Super busy, rudeness can be due to shortness of staff but that doesn’t excuse the terrible service. Would not recommend going there at all.

I’ve been here several times and staff are always great… except ONCE at the start of COVID. Whoever the lady was seemed upset with me for coming into an empty building. Not sure why…Otherwise, the ladies that helped me from beginning to end have been wonderful. Cheers Diagnostic Imaging team!

I went on a Saturday morning expecting a very long wait. I tried to get there shortly before opening but didn’t manage it and arrived around 7:10. Online check in was disabled due to volume. There were 30-35 people already inside waiting when I arrived.I got checked in and sat down. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I received a text saying I’d been registered and that the estimated wait was 76 minutes. I would have been happy with that given that I chose to come on a weekend and didn’t show up early. But I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The staff worked quickly and efficiently and were wonderfully pleasant. I’m really impressed.Show up with something to keep occupied and reasonable expectations and you won’t be disappointed.

Extremely polite staff. They are skilled. Wait times are longer due high traffic. But you can register first and return once you receive a message from them.I visited on a Saturday and it is one of the very few locations which is open on a Saturday.

No too please with today's blood work. I checked in personally only 3-4 people were waiting there. I was told waiting time is 45 minutes. You don't need to wait here. We will send you text when your turn is near. I waited 1.5 hrs home no text. When I went back, I was told we did send text. You should come back after what waiting time you was told.
