BLT Construction Services

Today marks my 1 year at BLT Construction Services and I am truly thankful. I was at a cross-roads in my career, having difficulty deciding if I would like to continue in Construction. Thank you to my mentors, colleagues, and partners for making me feel comfortable and excited about building the next great restaurant or venue.

I've managed a number of commercial renovations in the past. Jesse and BLT are top notch! I am absolutely impressed with their communication, consideration, professionalism and quality. Renovation projects are almost never completed on time and on budget but BLT managed to do both even during a pandemic. I highly recommend Jesse and BLT and given the chance I would use them again in heartbeat.

I work at a large post-secondary institution who often contracts BLT to do small renovations. Their staff, both Project Coordinators and Supervisors, were completely unprofessional in their communication with us to the point of being rude. I reminded them that at our institution, we don't talk like that to each other and their utmost professionalism and customer service in the future would be appreciated. I received a lengthy email back in defense of their actions. I spoke with their supervisor on the phone who proceeded to interrupt me and question the validity of my concerns. Not customer service-oriented at all. We will not contract them again.

Working with Jesse and his team at BLT Construction on multiple projects has been an absolute pleasure. They are highly experienced, very professional, and provide a high level of quality. Through coordination and collaboration BLT does an amazing job bringing our design to life, offers solutions, and great communication throughout the project.
