Best automotive repair shop I have found in thunder bay. I interacted with Terry and Owen and both of them were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Their service was professional and quality was amazing. They accommodated all my requests and even fitted me in their busy schedule. The best thing was the safety check from this place was only $118.65 (including tax). Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

After our car broke down we had an appointment which would have been four days later (already pretty good compared to waiting times of 2 weeks at other places). We had to be towed there from another town and when we arrived they looked at it right away instead of four days later. They fixed everything within less than two hours and saved our travel plans

I'm from Vancouver BC and run a hot shot business a good friend of mine use Malcolm In The crew all the time on his cars I called Donnie up to see if he could get my 6.7 f-350 2022 and for an oil change Malcolm had no problem squeezing me and he got me in and out same day I recommend Malcolm and his crew locals or travelers

One of the best auto repair shop I have been to. I live in Illinois no one would dare to touch my battery but these guys replaced and did it in one day with no problem. Also fixed any wiring issues I had with the battery. If you guys are need in service are or not from the country I definitely recommend these guys.They are awesome

You saved the day (and trip)!!!We are travelling back home in our camper van to Nova Scotia, from BC, and ran into an unexpected oil leak. Steven and his team were able to squeeze us in on short notice (the same morning we called) to have a look for us. We were expecting to be tied up in Thunder Bay for a couple of days as we waited for an appointment/repair, but not only were they able to help us out last minute, they also diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had us back in the road again in less than 2 hours.We noticed the rest of the staff with other customers we all fantastic as well.Seriously thank you for everything, if we could give more than 5 stars we would. Give this team a raise!!!

I came in to the shop with a hard to diagnose issue. Ryan, Steven, and the crew were great at diagnosing, finding parts and repairing the issue with my van. They got us in and out quick as we had animals on board. The whole crew were fabulous with us, and the critters really liked all of them. We appreciate all their hard work. Thank you guys and girls. We will be back.
