The Tech.Took door on dishwasher apart and found bad connection at control panel that was good it started working again. Bad part mixed up screws that puts door back together mixed them up and used a impact drill to put them back . This cause 3 screw holes to be stripped and Cracked and broke upper plastic control panel . I found 3 of the screws in bottom of dish washer and broken plastic piece . I took door apart myself Flattened holes that were stripped so screws would tighten so door would be secure again . I used Gorrilla glue to secure plastic piece and re-glued panel where it was cracked. He said the control panel was no good and needed to be replaced.So far the dish washer is still working. Will never use these guys again !!! TOTAL QUOTE TO FIX WAS OVER 600 BUCKS I payed only for the service call.John C.E.E.T. Engineer

SOOO BAD! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! No shows on service calls. Waited almost a month for someone to fix a 2nd room time.damage done to our floor, technician admitted to it at the time and then told the company the floor was like that before he arrived.Had to fix the fridge 2x within 3 months . Claimed faulty parts. After reading other reviews may be incompetence!

Great experience from these guys. They were on top of contacting me about everything throughout the whole process. Tech was very friendly and helpful with everything.

This company is horrible! They charged my senior parents $160 to come look at what was wrong with their dryer. Told them it would cost another $150-$200 to repair it. They emailed an estimate for $700! Won’t return my calls or even answer the phone. How this company is still in business is crazy. Just taking advantage of seniors!!!!
