Went to pick up my packages and the staff were friendly and the location was clean. My packages were handled with care and the staff even helped me load them into the car

After being refused my DHL drop off at Staples because my label was not sticked to the pacel, i tried this location. Very welcoming and nice staffs willing to help, took my pacel and got the DHL sleeve, put my label in it and DONE. Guess this place will be my first choice for my future pick ups or drop offs.

Super nice staff work here. IKEA screwed up my order, not the staff's fault, but they were very apologetic and gave me info on how to fix the situation. Would use this pick up location again.

Received excellent customer service today at the Richmond Hill location. I needed to ship a few packages to different addresses. Kevin was awesome. Very professional and provided class A service. Would not go to another place next time even if costs me less money just because of the efficient and amazing service I received. Thank you very much Kevin for your wonderful assistance.

This location does not accept UPS or Canada Post. Before going to a penguin pick up double check that the specific location accepts the courier you are using. Not all penguin pick ups accept the same ones :) in the same plaza inside the No Frills they accept UPS.

Picked up my IKEA order with no issues on a sunday afternoon. Service with a smile and quick in and out. They put your order for bigger items on a trolley for easy moving to your parking spot

They didn't register return on 2 packages and I had to deal with customer service for Amazon.When I brought my other package to return and asked for a receipt the tall Caucasian young guy working told me they can't do that and to go somewhere else because apparently I don't trust them when they won't give a receipt.I can't believe a business told me to leave and go drop package somewhere else because I asked for a receipt
