Walmart Supercentre

No one to help, waited 20 minutes to find someone in the electronic department. It was a useless bell! Lot of items out of stock. Express line is very slow, most of the time 2 cashier.

Great place to get all your essentials. Lots of variety and always priced fairly. Exceptional staff when we got there 30min before closing on a Thursday night. Charles was restocking but he did not hesitate to ask us if we needed help finding something. He even took us to the actual isle where we could find the item. Great customer service from Walmart! Other staff were friendly as well.

The best Walmart I have ever been in. Only complaint was the terrible music that was too loud. I had no idea that Walmarts could be so different. Also it's weird but cool that there is both a McDonalds and a Tim Hortons

I bought a thermos here pic included. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!. When I say WOW I scream WOWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i woke up this morning after drinking a flat of beer half way through the night forgetting I actually had to work so cracked one a half an hour before before I realized WOWWWWWWWW!!!!!! i need to get my ACE!!!! In GEAR!!!! So anyways after the conclusion that I needed to get my stuff together I arose off the deadly woke, I rolled out of there like the pilsbury doughboy getting rolled out, doughed out… almost put it in the oven for baby and me however I realized I was no longer playing playdoh with my son, I needed a great grande THERMOS to really wake meUp since all I function on is coffee…monster… redbull… wait no, no that’s not right it’s FIREBALL continuously in my blood stream, slice me once blood runs slice me twice ? Fireball pouring EVERYWHEREAlso sorry I think the review was about the water bottle I actually had ice cubes still hard and ready to melt after a long 8 hour day of my job so yes very recommended.

I think this is the best Walmart experience we ever had , compared to greater Vancouver stores. Very friendly staff, ready to help you. I don't understand why it has 3.9 rating, it's 5*!

Very great experience due to one of the customer care individual Santosh Arora. As i walked in couple of times but no one is able to solve it before that quickly but she did a great job and also made my day great.

Friendly staff and nice store. Not much variety of organic food /jams. Does not match the price. They used to, but now they don't but they should be doing. So I don't like that about Walmart. Lots of clothing selection for kids but sometimes you still don't find what you are looking for sadly. I didn't even find the toothbrush I was looking for. There was one brush which was priced at $14.99 and I bought the same one from superstore for $9.99, same day so walmart has ridiculous pricing, not sure why!! Small pack of fresh turmeric was $7 which was very expensive. They have McDonald's inside which is with most Walmart stores amd that is the good part. Grabbed up a cup of coffee after shopping. So in all an average experience.

I was in West Kelowna's Walmart on Monday July29, 2022 when WALMART ROBBED ME!I rang my items through at the self checkout, then proceeded to pay using interac/debit. The was approved for $28. Another screen popped up and it said I still owed just over $3. Which was the taxes that I'm exempt from with my status card.I called the clerk over to help me take the taxes off. She could not figure out how to do it so instead she voided my transaction.She voided the transaction but did not refund the money that was charged on my debit card. I explained to her that the merchandise was paid for and that I would be taking the merchandise with me.I was getting quite upset by this time so I stepped a few feet away from the till to call my sister to explain to her what was going on.After talking to my sister for a minute the cashier then proceeded to remove my paid merchandise from the till implying I was going to steal and began discriminating me because of my status. She began arguing with me that they were not paid for and took my things to customer service. The manager came and offered me no support whatsoever but continued to say my merchandise was not paid even though I logged into my bank account and showed her it was paid for! This continued on as I showed my banking and tried to retrieve my paid merchandise.Finally there was about 3-4 employees around me all arguing with me saying my merchandise was not paid for.They said my transaction was voided and my money would go back into my account automatically and that I should give it 2-3 hours.I finally left the store in tears feeling violated and humiliated without my items and without my money being returned.I went back to Walmart 3-4 hours later asking why my money was not refunded yet. They then lied saying they did not tell me 2-3 hours. Now they are telling me it takes 48 hours!!! It has now been 1 whole week and I still have not received my money back!!!!I understand that it's only $28, but if I had stolen the items from Walmart I would have been charged with Theft under $1000!!!How is it that Walmart Corporation can get away with not only theft but bullying and discrimination and racism!!!If you are a First Nations be warned not to shop at West Kelowna Walmart if you want to keep your money, dignity, and esteem!!!A Sincerely Crushed & Humiliated CustomerHeather Bird.

Probably the best Walmart in North America. This store is always super clean and staff is helpful. Believe it or not, it's a joy to shop at this store.
