So far so good. Since I am an avid review reader, I looked them up to see their score and reviews! Top notch!I was super excited to get Cory because he has received a lot of positive input from satisfied customers!I was able to set a date quickly.When he arrived and decided how he could move forward, I got a quote on the spot!We have a small piece of our Michigan basement wall that crumbled and now we’re getting water and flooding. We also discovered where the water is entering from the outside, which is another issue. Cory was also able to make a recommendation for this issue which Foundation Specialists doesn’t handle.I have not yet scheduled the work, but I’m satisfied so far.

I've had an outstanding experience with Foundation Specialist. More specifically, Cody and Dion. It's clear they care about their customers and finding a REAL solution instead of taking your money and running the other direction.I talked to a few companies who didn't think twice about presenting me with a quote for $60k worth of repairs. Today Cody came to check out my foundation. My new to me" home is having a lot of nail pops in the drywall. I was informed that my foundation was in great shape. Not even a millimeter off. He said " The best foundation he has seen around my area in a long time". What a relief! I am so glad I contacted Foundation Specialist. They were honest

Tim, Macy and the entire team were absolutely amazing to work with. Unfortunately, foundation issues are not the news you want as a home owner, but Tim was there to guide us, give us assistance, and help us through the process from start to finish. His onsite crew during construction were very educational, professional, and timely in getting the job done correctly and safely. Thank you for taking us in during a terrifying process, providing us with reassurance and making our home a sound place to live.

Foundation Specialists did a great job adding a drain, waterproof wall barrier, and sump pump in our basement. We ended up having to stabilize our foundation (which we weren't aware of until they realized our house didn't have a concrete footing) but the team did a great job at walking us through the process and explaining the why" behind various solutions. They came out on a Saturday to help us stay on schedule and were friendly and helpful through the entire process. Highly recommend!"

Cody was great!! He came out and gave me an honest opinion of what he thought was causing the issue with water in my basement. Instead of quoting me for a project costing thousands of dollars he suggested making a few changes first to try to avoid a bigger project and so far my basement has been dry! Definitely recommend

Mike was great! He reviewed my options with his opinion for the best solution for my foundation issue. He recommended resources to protect my foundation and referred me to another reliable contractor for an issue outside the scope of what Foundation Specialist LLC can address. I read other reviews before I contacted them and they lived up to their billing - quick, reliable, and trustworthy!

I have at one time or another spoken with other employees and found them very friendly and attentive, but for this review it is Craig and Dion who I mainly dealt with. They installed my basement drainage system back in 2019. There have been not major problems with the system, however there was an unforeseen reoccurring concern. Both time they responded to my emails immediately, sent someone out and the concern was addressed. This time it was more about the pump its self and my concern with the operation. Pump is now 4 years old and worked flawlessly. After extremely heavy rain and snow melt, the pump wasn't cycling as it should. I contacted Craig and he responded immediately and sent Dion out, Working at the concern and discussing a plan of action we proceeded. Dion answered all questions, explained what he was doing. He wanted to treat the pipe lines for iron build up and was having to return the next day. The pump problem started again and when he arrived it was determined that the float switch was the problem and is not easily fixed or economically feasible. We replaced the pump, old pump was no longer under warranty, so it was at my. cost. After consulting with Dion, we came up with a better pump and better warranty. Craig and Dion are excellent to work with and I would and have recommended this company when the opportunity arise. It is worth giving them a call and talk with them. Very respectful of my home, basement and my time.

The team I worked with for Foundation Specialists was great! The initial visit was very thorough, they walked me through everything they were going to need to do to fix my issue and additionally checked to make sure there would be no further issues that could come about as a result of the first. When the second team came out to do the work they were a bit late, but did a great job keeping in communication with me and letting me know that the previous job was running over. Once they got here they were quick to get to work, they cleaned up everything and I've noticed a vast improvement to my home. I had them clear out old moldy insulation and replace it with spray foam. My allergies have improved, and the insulation in the basement is overall much better than it was. I am extremely pleased with Foundation Specialist and their teams and if I need any further basement work done they will be the guys I call for it!

Had water coming in the basement during heavy rain. Made a appointment with Mike Tovar. He was super knowledgeable and polite. He quoted me an estimate on fixing the basement. Then noticed my gutters from house and garage were draining towards the house. Told me how to fix the problem and should take care of water leaking in basement. Sure enough no water. Thank you Mike for being honest. In a world we live in we need more people like Mike, honest good people who cares about their job and others.
