Duncan was professional and provided excellent advice and showed that he was knowledgeable. Saved me a lot of time from acquiring my TN visa to work in the USA as a Canadian citizen.

I hired Duncan Miller to help me with a customs issue I was having, I spent allot of money and time seeking advice and I was told to apply for a visa that at the end I did not need. I was told by custom agents i did not need it since I was born in Canada.After telling Duncan this he simply stated he can’t do anything else and stopped replying.I had no other choice but to find another lawyer, After doing more research I found one by the name of Jason Ankeny, he knew exactly what I needed to do and helped me with my situation.I would not recommend this firm at all. Do not make the same mistake as me and save yourself the money.

I highly recommend the services of Millar & Hayes (Vancouver Office). They were extremely helpful when I experienced issues crossing the US border on what was then an inadequate work visa. Kyle was particularly helpful, professional, very quick and very patient with my multiple questions - I am very grateful that I chose that particular firm and I would highly recommend their services.

Definitely DO NOT recommend. Seems like they don’t want to deal with my case from what another lawyer from the states told me they don’t seem interested as they said “they aren’t accepting new clients or consultation”. Go somewhere else
