Their guy came to my house one day introducing their service and asked me to sign a consent form for them to call me about that. I told him that he didn’t have my consent, I don’t want to get a call from them. I’ll contact them if I need their help.Now I’m getting their call every few weeks.That guy must have forged my signature.

The company is quite informative, provides great recommendations for my needs. Always inform before and after of service being done. Uses high quality products.

Disappointed with the service I received. I signed up because the sales agent assured me that they could service my townhome, even I after I stated the barriers they may have when trying to access my backyard. After 3 separate lawn services/applications, I was advised that they would be cancelling my service because of their equipment not being able to reach my backyard. It’s unfortunate because I was still charged for the 3 times they came which was useless because it did no good to my lawn as they could not continue with the care my lawn needed. I’ve now had to go out and buy everything myself and starting very late in the season. If you decide to go with them, please call and confirm that will indeed do what they claim they will do. Sales team needs more training. It’s not fair that they are happy to take your money, but won’t provide the service they promise. Buyer beware!!

Unprofessional! The door to door salesman reached out and insisted that they would be providing a simple quote with no obligations, given I told him I'm happy with what I have and not looking to change. I agreed because why not (don't want to be rude and just say no). I get the quote via text and it's not something I'm interested in. I get a call the next day and I clearly say that I'm not interested. The sales woman keeps asking why not and wanting to compare. After saying I'm not looking to change multiple times and her pushing more for why not, she says then why did you get a quote if you didn't want to change! Overall very rude, she kept speaking down like she was entitled to my business. Even if I wanted to change I wouldn't knowing I have to deal with customer service this rude if I faced a problem down the line.

Customer service is one of the friendliest and courteous I have experienced every time I call. Reminders give me notice of arrival and always on time. Has made huge difference to my lawn

I have been using Weed Man for the last 3 yrs and their service, staff and products are superb. No more yellow weed plants on my lawn/backyard. The grass looks lush/green. Many of my neighbor's and family members have signed up with Weed Man also. Keep up the good work !!!

After initially requesting the in between applications as my lawn started off very weedy they proactively scheduled them based on the observations of the technician that additional passes were required so nice to have a. Business look after you instead of chasing them to do what you paid for. Excellent customer service! Technicians also showed up when the emails said they would.
