In July 22, 2022 I married an absolutely beautiful woman and soul. I the groom and the best men wore retro suits and ties. Every time I take dry cleaning in they charge me differently for the same clothing items and I always get my shirts returned with marks on them which they claim will not come out. I don't notice these marks when I dropped the clothes off. When I told them I hadn't seen them before they said we don't put marks on clothing and didn't offer any suggestion at all

Terrible customer service. I foolishly paid before inspecting my garment - they had made holes in the lace of my dress! When I complained to the cashier, she called the owner. I could hear him on the other end of the phone asking if I had already paid. When the answer was yes, he said « tell her there’s nothing we can do. » He didn’t even apologize. It was as though it was my fault for asking them to clean something delicate.
