I'd been having ongoing problems with my hot water heater that wasn't properly installed, I think. Jean-Luc from Optima responded swiftly and took one look and was able to fix it on the spot. Excellent customer service and I feel that he didn't over charge. Would highly recommend this company.

Had a leaky shower causing water damage to kitchen ceiling from above. Several other companies didn’t want anything to do with these complicated repairs. Optima plumbing had to go in from kitchen underneath to find the damage and repair without ripping out the entire shower, which made it more of a hassle but cost much less. Also did some brand new installation on another home we built. Worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted and looked amazing when he was finished. Very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Highly recommend for big or small jobs .
