This location is awesome. Staff is always so super friendly. We did the make your own bath bomb event (I think this is once per year) and you get to take home a free bath bomb!

This was my first time shopping at Lush because of my upcoming trip to Europe. I wanted to get some face cleansers and moisturiser in a soap form so I could have them in my carry on without being worried to exceed the liquid allovance. The staff was so knowledgable, they went above and beyond to help me try anf choose what I needed within minutes. I am impressed with the product quality and service. I am definitely turning into Lush Cosmetics' loyal customer.

Update: in reply to your response. Your level of insincerity spouting and phoniness couldn’t possibly be more obvious. Hypocrites. Your actions have spoken louder than your out of place insincere speeches.0 star rating. All animal lives and all people’s lives matter. It’s really not all that difficult to figure out, except for those who mistakenly believe only their lives and rights matter. This company chose to seriously and harmfully discriminate. It won’t be forgotten.

Honestly in terms of the store and the staff all of that is great sadly my main issue is with the product itself as good as they are my main issue is the simple fact that most of them stain your bathtub and skin . It would be nice if they simply added a small disclaimer on which bubble bar and bath bombs will stain your tub and your skin ! I had pink toe nails for 5 days ! And that’s after working out and showering each day lol

Great experience visiting today! I dropped in because Lush's No Drought dry shampoo remains one of my faves. I went with my kids and ended up getting them some fun bath bombs, which one of the employees was kind enough to help us with. She was super friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about the products. She described all of them to us and gave lots of good recommendations.Overall, their products are a bit pricey, but the fact that they are natural justifies it. Everything is also cute and colorful (they all smell good too), which makes for great gifts! The store is spacious and well organized.

Lush is the best place to get yourself some differently coloured bulbs. They have a lot of choice and stock is good here. Once in a while they also sell little miniature perfumed branches of flowers in bud. Not the prettiest of things, but they smell nice. If you have children, you can also get them to decorate their own flower pots or key rings with faux flowers.However, we know you want your own M&S bath bomb. And we think they’re some of the most classic of treats ever. The lemons in the sea scent is the best, especially on those steamy bath-filled evenings when you want to pretend you live somewhere like the Maldives. You can also find the miniature fruit here. 10/10
