Fantastic Nails

I got my nails done today and I am super happy. I have genuinely FANTASTIC NAILS!!!Place was very clean and bright. One of the ladies was sanitizing stations every 15 minutes.I also noticed that they use new tools for every customer, which is impressive. Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely come back. I recommend this place.

Pros: Fast, good price & nice work. Cons: Weird vibe, customer service wasn't great & felt very rushed out of there. Like literally rushed out of my chair.

very good staff, second time here after the first time cuz they did great w my nails, but this time i wasn’t too impressed. it depends who u have that does ur nails, what i asked for is not what i got or something more or less.

It wasn’t that bad! But my girl gave me a different blue than I wanted and wanted them mat not shiny… and my thumbs are a weird shape but kind of upset about the different blue.. I would like another lady next time.!?

I have been coming here for the past few months. I felt at home with most of the techs but today was absolutely terrible. Nee is constantly rushing around jumping from one customer to the other customer. Hurry up, pick your color. Hurry up. What do you want? I did not feel welcome at all or important today. I am not pleased. Nee should consider her customers as important not her bottom line.

I've been coming to fantastic nails now for years and I honestly dont regret it! The staff are all very friendly and creative which they show in the nails final products. They also have amazing customer service skills and I never feel rushed when I'm getting my nails done.

Love this place! I’ve gone twice for acrylics and both times they’ve done a very good job at replicating the photo I show them. Very affordable too. :)

Overwhelmed by fumes. Chairs were ripped, tray tables were dirty. Floor was coffee stained. Felt rushed - definitely not a spa experience. No foot massage, no lotion. Will not go back.

I'm sad to write this. I got my nails done here and loved them...that is not the issue. The issue was when I needed to get the nails removed. They were becoming painful and catching on things. I reached the point of just go do it. So I called to make sure they had room for me. They did. They asked if I wanted to get a new set which I declined. (i'm just not that person, special events only). When I arrived I was greeted and seated quickly. When asked again if i wanted a refill again I declined as I was in a hurry (but i didn't tell them I was) She proceeded to use a fake nail to painfully rip my fake nails off. I was in shock. I've never had nails removed this way. I did voice that it hurt but she had half done and I wanted them off. She asked if I wanted them cleaned up for $30 and I said sure...Big mistake! She took clippers to my nails but did a terrible job. Didn't even clean under the nail or cuticle. I paid her because i'm honest but I regret not saying anything. My nails are damaged from her painful way of removing them. I had to go home and do everything myself. Honestly getting your nails done is worth it but don't ask to get them removed. Clearly they aren't interested unless you are spending money.

The store is beautiful and the ladies are very nice. We sat in the massage chairs while we waited and watched movies. I love my nails they were done beautifully! The lady who did my nails, I believe her name was Rosie, was a very talented nail artist. She even took pictures and videos of my nails for instagram! Would definitely recommend and come back!
