Parking is a mess. The guy in the pool van sat in the driveway blocking the client parking for no apparent reason. So we pulled up and the man in the pool truck got super hostel staying we were in his spot, and “that we could clearly see he was trying to back up” (He looked like he was sitting their on his phone) Then was talking bad about us to the manager when we walked in the store, Good job guys. Go here, the pumps are cheeper and the staff is nicer v

Worse place ever I was getting a 30 thousand dollar job done to my pool payed last fall they said I was gonna be the first person to get.my pool dome cause of how big the job was it would be done middle of June at the latest its now July 2nd after they finally finished the hooked up all the plumbing wrong now have to rip up all my concrete work I had done they people are lazy they only work 1 hour a day they can't do anything right even the contractors they have working for them say they don't like working for they people . You forbid if u try calling them they never return your call . If u.want to.get a pool or get work done to your pool take it from experience don't deal with Jackson pools there will lie thru there teeth to get the job and not do what they say they would I give this place a 0 star rating

I went to see Jason Jackson about either getting repairs or replacing my pool. I e-mailed pictures of my pool and details of what I was looking for as requested. No response. I sent 2 follow-up e-mails and still no response.I get that they are busy and have a limited time to make their money for the season. So do I. I am in the paving and concrete industry and in the same situation. If I treated people like this I wouldn't have any customers!

These folks are great! Only people to sell the pool hose during COVID. On occasion stock is limited. Pepsi the dog is cool. Nice people, they just are struggling with competent staff. Always honest.

The staff at Jackson Pools are very knowledgeable and kind. Even though they did not install our above ground pool they took the time to help us with the re-installation of the liner when we ran into problems doing it ourselves. I would highly recommend having them install a pool or going there for parts, service or advice. Thanks Jason for sharing your expertise. Liner is finally in and looks great! We really appreciate all your advice and taking the time to help us. If you have above ground liner or pool issues, definitely give them a call.

Used this company to close our pool last year. Well, they screwed it up. We opened the pool yesterday and it is full of algae, completely discolored and disgusting. Our pool contractor looked at it and was convinced it was due to bad closure and lack of certain chemicals they had to add before closure. Now we are facing long days of water filtration and physically demanding manual cleaning. Do you want to go through the same? Then by all means hire Jackson Pools as your pool guys. The best thing they can do is to offer free treatment of my pool to fix their mess. But I am not holding my breath.
