Lady with short black hair is very rude I waited 20 mins in the line and she won’t tape my shipping label the shoppers post office on Saginaw is 100% better

Always friendly service when I go to pick up packages here, haven't had to wait in line for more than two minutes (I don't go at peak times, however.)

Always a long wait when I go. We get tricked by having to walk through shoppers to get there and they save on needing a separate building, they could at least be quicker. Maybe 2 workers at peak hours? Cross-train so others help out of there's a line? Maybe they do that but there is still always a huge line. Staff are usually friendly and helpful though.

I’ve been here a couple of times and each time had a great experience. Working with the public can be draining especially when customers are entitled and impatient. Just want to say emily went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Emilly!!!

Update your hours online so there equal to what you have at your store. it's pretty easy to update this you just go to your Google my business like everyone else I'm surprised for a company of this size that you have not done that.

They have no one covering for staff lunches on a Saturday. Either schedule two people or post hours online that they are closed for lunch.
