Nadir is the best shop I’ve ever even heard of. A true mechanic passionate about his work. Organized, timely, perfectionist.Ask him about his time riding as a courrier and in RedBull. All of his tools are organized, he carries spare essential parts bolts nuts and miscellaneous hardware to rebuild axles and important bearings. I’m astonished at his tool respect and organization.The history of this amazing shop is everlasting and eternal.I cycle 60-70km daily and 150-200km once a weekend. I will never go to anyone else to maintain my bike. He noticed major factory flaws in my frame that could have caused me serious injury. Their is no one I would give a higher recommendation to.Thank you Nadir for bringing excellence and pride to the cyclist community. Your legend and tale will go down in history.

Should make sure to update your hours on here so that ppl don’t go out of their way when in need of bike repair to find you are closed even tho google maps says you are open til 6

Been going to La Carrera since he opened up here on College. Nadir has always been polite, professional, honest and his work is done properly. He works so hard to ensure you are happy. Support small businesses, I highly recommend this bike shop.

After winter riding, my bike was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and tune up. Nadir did a fantastic job on both fronts — timely and affordably to boot. In addition, he repaired my malfunctioning Brooks saddle and polished my stained frame back to its perfection. A passionate cyclist and mechanic Nadir knows his stuff. 5 stars.

Nadir has been and still is one of the most respected cycle shop owners in the city of Toronto. Simple repairs and custom builds and everything in between are no problem for this man. Very patient people here with great road cycling advice. These people care dearly about the cycling community of Toronto and have done so for decades. Nadir cares about your ride and he wants everyone to have a positive cycling experience. I just got to say thanks for keeping me on the road and keeping my bicycle(s) in solid working condition. I also need to say thanks for the recent service and awesome advice. I look forward to ordering a custom build from La Carrera, hopefully before summer.

Took my bike in for repairs. The owner was very knowledgeable and not the kinda business owner who shuv expensive parts down your throat. Will explain all parts used and and why used and how it differ from other manufacturers. This is like a family own business that I feel safe at. The owner is more knowledgeable than most of these other shops I've been to. No a cash grab

Informed me the cost would be $30. Ended up being $42. Also didn't align the handlebar with the wheel and when asked he just barely responded. Wouldn't go back. Seems like everyone liked the place though, I just had a bad experience.

Nadir is amazing! When my wife and I were looking to buy a tandem bike, he took the time to find us whatever options he could — even calling a friend of his to see if they were interested in selling theirs. In the end, he opened an account with a vendor just to sell us the bike we ended up getting. Since then, the service has always been amazing and friendly. I’ll definitely be going back here for any future bike purchases.
