I found myself in a situation where I wanted to help a friend purchase a townhouse for parents in law who are in their 70s and were being forced to move out of their rent controlled apartment. I don’t know how she managed it, but June found a place that no one else had looked at yet. We saw it and put an offer in on it immediately. The coincidences that followed in terms of the connections between the seller and the intended residents were something out of the twilight zone. I am happy, very happy to recommend June. She was professional compassionate supportive… Can’t ask for more in an agent!
