They talk fast but keep no promises. We bought our vehicle over a year ago, hood sensor was supposed to be fixed because it was not working when purchased. They put right on our receipt that the sensor would be fixed by them. We've had it in their shop twice and it's never been fixed. They cover rust with paint that washes off a few weeks after you've already bought the vehicle. They also told me that after a year I could refinance NO PROBLEM. Then at a year they said the company I financed with doesn't do that. Even after assuring me on at least three separate occasions it would be absolutely possible to refinance. Lots of lies, no help. Vehicle has also needed +$3000 in repairs within a month of purchase. We were told to bring it to them and they would do the repairs at a reduced cost but then never called back to let us know when parts were in and we could bring it in, despite my emails and calls. Do not go here. I can't wait to see their response to this review. They seem to trash anyone that leaves a one star. Truth hurts I guess and instead of offering to make things right they just become abusive to the reviewer. Read their responses to the one star reviews. This is exactly how they treat their customers.

Honestly, if you’re looking for a car, you have bad credit or even no credit. These guys are awesome. They’ll work with you on any situation, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome I got, and the payments, are actually something affordable not like most places where it’s hidden until the end, and then you realize it’s not affordable. These guys are as transparent as a Covid shield at the bank. 100% would go back for another vehicle.Thanks guys

Walked in Tuesday and picked a car and drove it off the lot on Thursday. Granted I didn't need financing, still this is what we were looking for. 24-48 hour turnaround.Car with extra set of tires for winter, safety with NO extra cost, 2 years or 24000km powertrain warranty, and a quarter tank of gas LOL.I would have given them 5 stars if I didn't have to call them asking when it would be ready. And still waiting on call back about a part that was to be replaced.But we were looking for a quick turnaround and they met that. Highly recommend them.

If you have any anxiety or uncertainty about purchasing a used car, this is the place to go. All their vehicles come safety certified with a two year warranty, so you can be sure that you'll be getting a reliable car. They make is super easy by handling everything for you. Mol was super patient giving me answers to all my questions. When I test drove the car it had some weird sounds and other issues, but when the car was ready two days later there was almost no issues.
