Après une attente d’une vingtaine de minutes, la poutine arrive froide! Mais c’est normal car on était vendredi soir et il avait seulement un cuisinier, il prenait les appels, cuisinait les repas et c’était même lui qui prenait les commandes des clients sur place! Un ou deux employés de plus seraient très conseillés!

This is not the first time that it happens. I ordered pizza and fries online and the delivery was 20m late, the food was cold. When the guy came in, he didn't speak french or english. He was unable to talk with us about the fact he didn't had the fries and had no solution. He left because he was already late and give 6$ to my wife while leaving (that dosen't cover the price of the fries...)I called the supervisor, 45 m later still no fries, the kids are tired and going to bed. No refund, no credit on a next purchase, nothing.We have domino pizza, but they don't deliver to my house, but I'll be more than happy to order there and go get it myself.Tired of this really bad management.
