Kelowna BMW

Purchased a used M5 from this dealership around a month ago. I live on the opposite side of the country so I didn’t see the car in person before I bought it.Talked to Coleman in sales on the phone. He did a full walk around and made videos for me explaining every option. He Answered a ton of questions and assured me I would be more than happy with this beast of a car. He was not wrong !!!I would definitely buy from them again.If you want your dream vehicle and an unbeatable customer experience, ask for Coleman.

Had a recall of my 2010 mini cooper and dropped it off recently. When I picked it up on a saturday afternoon, I was treated like a second class citizen and completely dismissed by a scowling, elitist service manager. He drove my car to the front and dropped off the paperwork and keys to the girl at the service counter knowing fully well that I was standing right there. And was in fact, the ONLY client there. To add insult, he stapled a coupon for a car wash to the paperwork. It was overtly obvious to my husband and I that, because we were casually dressed and my car was older and not currently detailed (as it usually is) that we were not considered worthwhile in any way. I would also like to point out that he, the SERVICE MANAGER" missed a huge opportunity to discuss anything else that may have needed further attention via the code reader on the fob. He didn't even have the foresight to ASK if we had noticed any other issues that may need attention. Honestly

Vehicle shopping has always been an arduous task for us. Coleman, with his personable nature, changed that! He proved to be informative, responsive, knowledgeable about vehicles as well as the whole buying process, and attentive to us in every way. He did not pressure us and was a genuine joy to work with. Want to thank Lawrence and Calvin for their assistance buying our new car. We were from Calgary and found something in their inventory they had online. They were easy to work with on presenting payments and once we decided to go ahead, they had all the paperwork and car ready for pick up within 48 hours. All in all, we probably spent no more then 2 hours at the dealership and coming someone who has worked for BMW in the past before getting into Real Estate, I wouldn't hesitate purchasing our next vehicle from them again.

We have just purchased a new Z4 from Kelowna BMW. The purchase is a gift for my wife for her 50th birthday and also our 20th anniversary. Salesperson Nick has been fantastic to work with. The purchase was a surprise gift so there were lots of details that we were dealing with over 5 or 6 months. Nick and his team were exceptional with helping me with the the surprise. Awesome job everyone!!!!

Bought a new x-5m from kelowna Bmw. Service has been poor and lacking. Do not assume a $134000 + vehicle buys you anything extra. Unacceptable and I will not be back and probably soured on all future Bmw vehicles and motorcycles. This poor service questions my purchase that I now regret. Hope Bmw Canada can fix my warranty issues. Kelowna service told me not to bother Bmw with issue of water leaking into suv as they will not do anything. Wanted me to pay money to kelowna Bmw to ask Bmw Canada if they will warranty water issue. There is a 12 year rust and corrosion warranty in my purchase literature. The eye can see corrosion now. It’s ludicrous to me a company does not do everything to fix an issue of water coming into a Bmw suv. Kelowna service is not interested in fixes or building their brand? I had a couple of fasteners missing after work was done at kelowna bmw, again no interest in customers concerns.Do your research and look at common issues these vehicles have online. The water leaks are all over the internet and the quick fixes.
