My mother and I love Tim's ice capps and for the most part, we have been provided what we requested. Typically we order large ice capps, sometimes we have been underfilled. However it was normally a few millimetres under the brim, which was quite acceptable. Today, when we received our beverages, the person who made them felt the need to clarify that the quantity we were served in the new cups was equal to old cups filled. Well I thought why not test out her claim and so once we got home I prepared one of the old cups and filled it. This is the worst service I had received and I do hope that this hasn't occurred to anyone else. Both my cup and my mother's were filled like this.

worst tims experience, the cashier comes ip to me to tell me that it was gonna take a little bit more time because my sandwich took fire, they didnt have eggs or potatoes and we couldnt even hear the worker through the mic AND there was only kids working

I ordered 12 grain bagel, after 23 minutes they realised that they didn’t have it then i had to order sesame seeds bagel n for that they took another 20 minutes in drive through.. worst experience ever!!!

I dont now how this lication will survive no manager, team fighting amongst themselves, 15 minutes for coffe and bagel, line up at drive thru very long. You can only ask for so much patience as people are paying for a service if you are so short staffed, reduce greed and reduce hrs so you can at least provide basic service

From where I should start with this Tim, order got erased, had to ask them until someone told me my order for erased. I have to waited 25 minutes to receive a simple tim matin. Old lady was waiting 30 minutes for her soup, a soup. Staff chilling and laughing having fun time in the kitchen rather than working. I ask the manager if that's how they work and is it normal for her to make customers wait 30 minutes, she rolled her eyes. Every customers in the line started to complain that it's always like this and never changed. If you can avoid this Tim, avoid it, you will save 30 minutes and frustration. Owner needs to change, clearly it's mismanaged and abandoned by the owner for a while. If I could give 0 I will but 1 star is the minimum unfortunately.

Food was fine, and the preparation quick.Make sense why people started going somewhere else,you looks like a normal habit treating horrible your costumers and the place is totally dirty.We cleaned the table by our selves and my order was incomplete.

This Tim Hortons is always busy inside and there is constantly a lack of seating. For such a busy location you’d think they would maximize the space they have. The people working at cash are mostly students who don’t understand your order or they mumble when they speak. I’ve often waited a long time for simple orders like two drinks or people have just forgotten my orders completely. Very lazy service at the counter but selection of items is excellent and lots of parking space outside. I can’t comment on the drive-thru since I’ve never used it.

Ya'll listen up horrible service and disappointment here ma bestie comes here almost everyday for ice capp but today he got some tim biebs just to try them out now he got like scammed cuz he ordered a box of tim biebs and instead they gave him literally regular tim bits??? I also checked and they just gave him a tim biebs box to look fancy now the tim biebs" that was in the box was dryer than the sahara and it tasted hella bland. Check before you leave otherwise you will eat $4 worth of nothing but dry tim bits
