Agree with the other reviews - horrendous customer service. They built all our kitchen cabinets & island, entry way lockers, fireplace surround/mantle, and living room built-in cabinets. Everything is beautiful but their crew did sloppy work - installing visibly crooked hardware, a locker drawer with a broken track that was visibly crooked, etc. To get it fixed, we had to wait months for their owner to finally show up at our house after multiple chasing on our part. He was truly awful - never apologized for it taking months to come, for us having to chase him to get him here, and certainly not for the actual issues in workmanship we're having with the cabinets. He was super unhelpful while here, having no ideas for how to fix things and clearly not wanting to take any action. He shrugged his shoulders a lot and acted like this was somehow our fault or problem. He never once apologized for our hassle, took any accountability for sloppy work by his team, or acted like he valued the significant amount of money we'd spent with them. We're still waiting for his crew to come back to get the doors to sand and repaint them. I've resorted to making our builder deal with them because I can't stand it. It took everything in my power not to throw the owner out of my house while he was here. Do yourself a favor and find a different provider that will value your business.

TERRIBLE customer service. Scheduled a appointment, never showed up, didn't call, nothing. Had to call them 2 months later as they didn't even realize. FINALLY got a estimate, emailed multiple times asking for breakdown pricing. No response.Bathroom cabinet doors and drawers are peeling and look TERRIBLE after only 2 years. They tell me its my fault. Counter tops were put in using a shim..what?! Bathroom counters/sinks move as they are only in place using a tiny bead of caulking which was poorly put on.Not happy and would not recommend. I want my wood work to match so I keep going back but it is getting ridiculous!

Randy and Brenny Cabinets did a great job. They provided solid recommendations for countertops and responded promptly when we had questions. They worked quickly to correct minor issues with the installation. We highly recommend them for future cabinet work.

Edit: After continuesly calling them by my wife, they came and finally fixed it, thanks to them for honoring their service.Brenny installed my counters in my new home and less than 6 months later a joint where they meet started to bubble, after contacting them it took them 6 months to get out here to look at it. They never got back to me after coming out, so I called and they said it was the people's fault who cut the counter top. Okay, you work with them so get to the bottom of it. No email responses, poor customer service, and not timely at all.

We have used Brenny Cabinets on a few different projects, from my wife's dream kitchen to cabinets for our rental property. They make a beautiful finished project with fast turn around and service after if you need it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest, local, and professional cabinet maker!

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever received. We designed custom cabinets for our wet bar and they did not complete the job as they forgot to install our pull-out garbage can, that we paid extra for, and have yet to come back out and fix it after NUMEROUS phone calls and emails. They have told us several times that we would be added to the calendar but keep forgetting" or that they are "Really busy" but had NO PROBLEM taking our money up front for a job that was not correct to begin with. It has been 4 months now and the job still incomplete. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. This is a horribly ran business with the worst customer service."

I’m really happy with the work Brenny’s did on my house! I’ve used them for years on multiple projects and have always been very satisfied. Most recently I had them build an entertainment center, when I clumsily damaged it installing the fireplace Brenny’s were there to bail me out. Looks amazing and couldn’t be happier.Highly recommend!

We used Brenny Custom Cabinets for our kitchen and bath remodel. The employees are professional and knowledgable and we loved working with them. Our cabinets were built exactly to our specifications. They truly are custom and beautifully made. The quality is amazing and we couldn't be happier with our remodel!

Wow! It looks like a million dollar facelift at a amazing price. My wife and I love the design and color. Once we finalized the design the team had them all done / delivered and installed with in a few weeks. We went with Chain of Lakes Granite and Brenny coordinated the countertops to be measured the day after Brenny installed the cabinets. The install crew has stopped by to install a trim piece we needed done after we installed the appliances. Great Price, Great Service. I will recommend them to all my friends!

We had Brenny Custom Cabinets make the cabinets for our new home and we were not disappointed! They are a great family-owned, business with many years of experience. They also have an amazing attention to detail and the quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding! We had so many people compliment us on how fantastic the kitchen and great room bookshelves looked! In addition, the office staff was friendly and helpful and always willing to answer questions! I couldn't recommend them more!
