First he cursed me for not speaking French, and then tried to charge me double what they had already quoted me online, and then told me they didn't ship to the country of Newfoundland. Hahahaha call the b'ys for a laugh!

I had my wife pick up a used alternator (for her vehicle) as she was near there visiting a friend (with my vehicle). When she got home, I took the alternator to check it out and clean it in preparation for installation and noticed that the housing is cracked. Sucks because planned on installing it the next day. I called ans spoke to Guillaume which was accommodating and told me he would reimburse me if I returned it, which he did. It's possible that even if I picked it up myself I would have not noticed this crack, so with the amount of parts in and out it's obvious it wasn't intentional. Very nice people there an understanding to the situation, I would recommend.
