Great techs and customer service

Worst ISP I have ever been with. I pay 170$ per month for 15mbps down and 5 up and never get anything better than 3/1. The internet goes down multiple times per day. When we call interactive north they tell us they don’t see any down time and if we are experiencing interruptions it is our equipment that is the problem. Of course that is just completely false. Even swapped the equipment out on our end to make sure. This ISP is a joke, I initially started writing this as my internet cant even stream a video in 144p right now, no other devices connected or anything. Not sure how there are so many good ratings, probably people who work for interactive north or friends of the idiots running it. Stay clear from this garbage, xplornet is better ffs.

This company was fabulous 2 years ago but has really dropped since then. This year the internet rarely gets over 2 MPs down and less up. When I call they say they don't see a problem therefore it doesn't exist. Terrible terrible speeds. Non existent on high usage times. They were so good once that I am assuming they were bought up or taken over and now just trying to get their investment back.

I have found them great to deal with in terms of customer response. Service is high speed in my experience, cost is reasonable for what you get .

Very quick service when things go wrong.Just wish it were a bit faster, but that's what you get for living in the sticks.
