If you’re looking for top notch customer service ask for Martina! By far the best manager they’ve had at this location. She’s so sweet every time I interact with her. Previous manager was always rude and would talk down to you if you were late for a payment. Martina is firm but understands and will actually work with you. So happy she came back to this store.

Sales and owner were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond helping me find and customize the bedroom set I wanted. Their buying options (from leasing to buying outright) are unmatched in this industry. Thank you. I will come to you again in the future.

Whenever we visit Aaron's, the staff are always warms and friendly. They are knowledgeable on all the products in their store. They explain everything you need to know about your contract and are always available by phone if you have any additional questions.

The customer service staff today was very kind and helpful. My aunt is elderly and needed some new furniture. The store was arranged neatly and appropriately for someone needing a cane or a walker - which we really appreciated! The sweet woman working today was so nice and looked up the mattress and warranties associated with the chair we were interested in. She interacted with my aunt and us in a respectful and polite manner. We were very happy with her service, Thank you so much!

Amazing! Absolutely on point! The gentlemen brought my washer and dryer in, even after having a little trouble with my door way. They were quick to resolve the problem and also one of the gentlemen came after hours to drop off and install my forgotten drain pipe. So happy! Thank you much Staff at Aaron's.

I use this girl Martina is very rude and should not be managing this store love the customer service at this store since new management they have no customer service skills. Management needs to be trained proper. She does not know how to problem solve to satisfy customer. Fred was awesome he would never allow you to leave unsatisfied or not resolve your problem for customer satisfaction. This new management is terrible and I have heard others experienced similar issue. I ordered a Samsung phone 75 inch TV on boxing day. It was delivered on the January 3rd still yet management insisted my payment should begin December 27th. The TV have not work since delivery. Management was so rude about the situation telling me I could use my payme t towards another TV bc the brand I order is a new order and it will be $40+ more or I should take something I told her from.the get go I did not want.

Great customer service and process.Off course it's great to get the credit but in the other hand prices are pretty expensive for the of appliances I got .... I'm not too sure I like them 100% but hopefully they last long

Starting process they asked me for social insurance number which they're not allowed to ask for that they also take your health card as a form of identification that is also illegal in Canada you are not supposed to use your health card as a form of identification nor is a company allowed to accept it The one lady I spoke with is supposed to be a manager there and she says this is their policy and this is what she is going by well you are illegally obtaining people's identification by asking them to supply you with their social insurance number and using their health card as a form of identification when it is not intended for that purpose both things are illegal no wonder your stores are closing all around Canada this one will be next this one will be next
