This is a terrible company that performs unethical business practices (and from what I understand real estate practices ie. kick-backs, that are hard to prove because they involve overseas referrals, etc.). The agent we dealt with was completely incompetent and never had our best interests at heart. They are also expensive. I would never recommend this company especially to new buyers as it could really turn them off real estate. The broker of record never returned my calls when there was a small problem so he must have been too busy counting his money. No leadership. No responsibility. Stay away. Bad experience for us and we are seasoned.

The company is sucks!!! I bought a house though this company's agent. The agent promised to return 1% of the deal as a bouns. After I signed the purchase agreement, the agent told me the company changed the return police. At the end, I only got 0.2% return. I will never choice this company. If you want to buy a property, don't use this company's agent. You can get more benefit from other property company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! The agents who work for this company misrepresents themselves, use unethical business practices and do not care about their clients, only about getting your home added to their list. Terrible customer service once you have signed on - you are not a client, only another home they want commission on. Also, they advertise free home staging - THIS IS FALSE. The staging is an additional .5% of their commission. I cannot stress enough how shady this company is - stay away!

This company and its realtors has done thousands of deals all I see is 7 bad reviews, there are some clients that no matter what you do they are still not happy.All realtors are independent if a realtor is bad it has nothing to do with the company.I would give the company 5 star because there are lots of good realtors working here you just got to choose the right one.

Kam Novin is one the best realtor i ever seen, he is professional, customer oriented, trustworthy and it was a greatest experience that when we had deal with him, cause we were first home buyer and we had nervous when we were looking for a unique house, he honestly helped us and with peace of mind we found best property.Thank you so much Kam....!

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE. Harvey Dong and his team scammed us all the way through. So unprofessional and HORRIBLE service. We were promised advertising, flyer distribution, and so much more when we signed on with Harvey. None of which was done. He did not even put up open house signs leading to our home on open house day, just one sign in front of our house and street while other houses had 30 signs around. Never wanted to answer his phone; never once came for an open house!! He had random sales people at our open houses, who showed up AN HOUR late. We had to show our house ourselves!!! They also had no idea about our house so when interested buyers would ask questions they wouldn’t have answers??? The sales people would also talk about other listings while they were at our open house!! Harvey promised us that we would get high for our home, and “he would not accept less” but would TURN DOWN offers when they came in, and try to sway us to sell to people who, we later found out, were connected to him?? The only reason our house sold was because interested buyers came directly to us, as they couldn’t get in touch with Harvey. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. SCAM. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
