Pictures oversaturated, and the pro ter had broken down so there was a delay

Computer easy to use and was respectfully left alone to choose my photos. And the associate that cashed me out offered me an envelope to protect my purchase. Not many deals offered for doing it yourself but otherwise a good experience. Quality was ok, but not offered matte, my preference.

Image quality is terrible, not sure how the colours and quality of my photos get changed significantly. I wont be returning here for my prints

Bad quality photos.Twice when I came in, they handed me someone else's photos.Once I came in a day after I received an email saying my order was ready. The staff member looked for my photos for 10 minutes and couldn't find them, and asked me to try again the next day.

Went in for a passport photo as there was a PROMOTION ($3 off, purchased online) and at first, they said they don't take passport photos (even though there was a promotion and the sign above their head says passport photos). After speaking with the supervisor, the employee learnt they do in fact take passport photos. It took forever to get things set up and then the camera died and after replacing it's batteries, it still would not turn on. We had to leave as the employee told us the photo might not even work out???? SO FRUSTRATING. Now, I am trying to get a refund for a service I did not receive and customer service can't help and I cannot get ahold of anyone at the store. WOW, terrible, terrible customer service!
