Even during the craziness of the Christmas rush, the staff there is so warm, friendly and helpful! It was a pleasure to spend time in this store. They also offer free hemming/alteration to your garments if you need it. Their stuff is on the pricey side but if you love it you will make the splurge!

5 stars all the way!!! Such a fantastic and friendly staff.!!! I go there frequently, and everyone is super friendly, especially there is a guy whose name is Victor, I have to admit that he is very professional, helpful and friendly! In fact, everyone who works there is the same. The owner is blessed with having such a great staff at the same time!

First of all let me say I believe the quality of this brand is awesome. the only reason I gave theme 3 out of 5 stars is they do not pay attention to the repetitive complications about staffs attitude there, you can read in the other reviews. Although some of the staff were great but I feel the others just try to answer as quick as possible and you can not feel they really pay attention to the customers. At least they can do better :)))

I had a fantastic experience at this location! Sonya gave incredible customer service. She was patient and gave me many options tailored to what I needed. It was my first time trying things on/buying for myself at LuLu Lemon after my weight loss, so I was a little nervous that nothing would fit right, but she made me feel totally comfortable, and she hyped me up! I found two pairs of leggings that I absolutely love and she even added in a gift for me.Thank you, Sonya, for making my visit so memorable!

The staff is super kind and helps you with exactly what you need. But the prices are ridiculous. The quality for some clothes is marvelous, and lasts a long time. This pair of lululemon underwear I've been wearing since I was 16. I am now 38. I love you

Worse lululemon experience. Every other lululemon have seamless returns and exchange. This store won’t take back items even for an exchange without a receipt. Other lululemon stores would even replace used flawed items. Never thought lululemon could have such bad customer experience. A short line up took 15 minutes to get to the front. Waste of time.

Lululemon is a high-quality athletic clothing store with friendly and attentive staff. The decor is beautiful, and there are options for both men and women. I had a great experience shopping here and would definitely recommend it to others.

We went to the Lululemon coquitlam center store 30 minutes before closing this afternoon, but the clothes we wanted to buy weren't there, so we asked an Asian female employee and she said that the product were sold out and only available at the Richmond and Robson stores.When I asked if there was a system to bring things from, they said there was no such thing and you can't buy same item online as well because it was sold out.When I returned home and went online, the same item was there and I was able to order it.I don't even know exactly, but I think it's a problem to tell customers, and I think this kind of employee needs to be retrained.

Came into the store today looking to exchange some pants that were defective. Brian was super helpful and walked me through the entire process —excellent customer service keeps me coming back as a long time customer.
