I have a amicaly divorce with my wife now and we had a mediation session with la lawyer and his lawyer witch is mr francis and we were agreed on everything think even the food pension i gave my ex more than tge law says but francis complicate the case and refuse the lagal amount and desapear since november and just distroy our amicaly divorcedHe is paid by legal aid and he is extending the case to make moneyMy ex wife trying to contact him just to tell him that she wanted to sign the mediation paper and she is satisfied with the amount but he never answer !!!My kids and i and my ex wife are suffering now because of himWr dont want to go to the court but he force us to do it !!!He is not a humain and ill complain against him everywhere and soon the community will protest in front of his office

My family and I have been dealing with Francis for several years. He has been very helpful in wills and Estates etc. He always makes it a point to explain everything step by step, in a way that you understand. I found that aspect very important, especially when he was dealing with my senior parents. Our family will definitely use him in the future. We are extremely happy to have someone we can trust !! Not even a 1 StarThis guy will take your money and run. No care for family law. This guy collected a bunch of money and did nothing. He had two legal aid certificates, told me he did me a solid by putting in 20 hours and getting paid for 10. His so called 20 hours was him in Zoom court, putting it off and “buying us more time” All I wanted was access to my kids. No money.He never filed a final statement. I never got to once defend myself against pretty harsh accusations.I contacted legal aid to inquire about his services. They will be investigating. Their words not mine.He Canceled and sent my files back two days prior to this Canada Day long weekend. There is a missing Disk with ALL of my doctor files.I had to prepare and represent myself for today for court. Which by the way, I got beat down pretty good. Is what it is at this point.Today was suppose to be the start of a 12 day trial. If I lost, I’d never recover financially. And at 13,000 a day according to him. That’s a lot of cake!He couldn’t even fill out a simple financial statement. He sits there and gives you excuses put things off. his practice is very unethical. I would recommend you stay away from this lawyer there’s lots of them out there keep searching. Please trust me.The cases he has won, are straight forward stuff.Anything to do with actual Law, his education is lacking to say the least. He left me in breach of the courts since 2021. The judge demanded he resolve it back in 2022. Today in court, it was mentioned I was still breach. Good job bud!!!!I was entitled to equalization. The sum of 190,000.00He couldn’t even get a dollar for me.End of the day I spoke up, demanded I ask for equalization, and I got myself something from it. Which he tried to take credit for. He wanted 65,000 cash, for a 12 day trial lolThe guy is a con artist.Find someone else who cares about children.He is the reason I lost custody of my boys. He will do the same to your family as well.He Couldn’t file anything correctly.I represented myself and ended up walking away with 25 grand. If you call him out, he will yell at you and use his narcissistic personality to put you down. Everytime we went to court, the judge was ripping him apart. He said this was his tactic lol Ex asked for mediation, he ignored. It. Gave me a great offer, he told me to turn it down. Every time there was a step forward, he threw on the breaks and prolonged the case. He’s a P.O.SWas funny hearing the judge, not in so many words, making fun of him today lolWe had a good chuckle, under the bad circumstances.DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER

Francis is hands down the best family lawyer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he fight for the best interest of my child, he won me sole custody. 5 years later, I hired him for a second time, for the step-parent adoption of the same child, and he got our family the adoption order. Francis has been paramount during a tumultuous divorce proceedings where he not only dealt with every step with professionalism and sound judgement, he also sheltered me from the storm, so to speak. Provided that divorce proceedings can take a toll on one’s mental health, Francis’ ability to communicate only the bare necessities to take the next step, efficiently, with purpose, and further to not communicate any of the excessive (near harassment levels) prompting by opposing party and lawyer, was immensely appreciated and well received by myself.
