I bought 2 Apliance from Canadian Appliance they promised me it will be delivered in two days and they were on time. The delivery guys also helped me to move my old units in the garage. I am so thankful that I purchased these appliances from them amazing service.

This was our second purchase through CAS, and it was great from start to finish. I needed a new fridge asap as my previous one died. I found what I wanted using their online store (fridge & 3 other appliances as well), then reached out to them via their chat to see if online was providing me the best price. The sales rep online was able to save me an additional $500. Since I need a new fridge asap, I was very happy when they offered delivery the very next morning (and I live in the middle of nowhere). Their white glove delivery & laundry install was amazing, friendly guys & did a great job. They even take all the boxes & packaging away with them. I would definitely recommend CAS to anyone needing appliances.

So far so good. Bought 6 new appliances in November during black Friday. Good deal for that price and the vendor who I was dealing with was prompt to let me know when one of was BO to change for another one. Got them delivered only today and once it's for some renovation, they are still in the box, but all of those boxes are in great shape and they were nicely tightening up in the truck. Both of the deliveryman were very nice and friendly and careful of my home.

I ordered a range and it was delivered the following day. I got a time estimate in the evening, a further update from their tracking system in the morning narrowing delivery to a one hour estimate. A phone call to say they would arrive in 20 minutes and it was delivered and installed seamlessly. I could not have asked for any better customer service!

The crew was professional.Deliverd, installed new appliance and removed the old one as agreed upon but we requested delivery between 8 am and 12 noon because of the elevator booking! I got call at 6:25 am that they are at my condo. At that time tenants and me included are asleep it’s Saturday. Unfortunate! Hopefully Canada Appliance Source could improve in that aspect. Overall l recommend!

I was thoroughly satisfied with all stages of my purchase. The price negotiations and availability information were excellent. I was surprised that I placed my order with a Toronto area store, but I got delivery the very next day for my washing machine. The delivery men were courteous, professional and started up the machine for me just to make sure all was OK. Yes, all was OK.

My household desperately needed a washer and my husband and I checked out CAS online as they seemed to have what we were looking for at competitive prices.To be sure, we visited the Scarborough store and was met by Jermaine who was friendly and efficient and was able to sell us a machine at a good price with next day delivery! The delivery tracking was great as it did not tie up our whole day and the gentlemen who delivered the machine did so quickly, were friendly and ensured the set up was good to go. We were very impressed with the service...now to test the machine!

In my experience, this is the best store to buy your appliances. I always deal with Najeem Ebrahimi. He is a top salesman: informative, knowledgeable, polite, and quick. Last time, I bought an stove and in a matter of 15 minutes, we completed the transaction, including arranging delivery. By the way, the delivery was excellent. They keep you updated up to the last minute and the delivery people were polite and quick.
