Loved the Napolitano pretzel with parmesan & Italian spices. The staff was very friendly one man doing all the job. Not sure about the negative feedbacks but I didn't wait much & I was satisfied

I just asked for a pretzel to be in a bag. I saw him automatically give it to the person before me. The guy ignored my order by putting the pretzel away and asking for the following customers request !That is the worst attitude and customer service ever! Every other chain either gives you the option or automatically gives you it in a bag.Now that I think about it, this is the second time he is giving me attitude for asking for a bag. All this started a couple of weeks ago, when the guy dropped some pretzels in the sink and tried to serve me from the batch after the customers before me left/ cleared. The customer before weren't good enough for it but I was! I will definitely make some calls after this experience.

Terrible service at this location. It’s a shame because the bretzels are good. I seriously don’t expect extraordinary service from a food stand, just the bare minimum would be great.

Asked for sesame pretzel and got an almost plain pretzel. Went back to ask for more sesame and the guy just said it’s in the bag.

I have had different experiences every time I go today, especially they gave us a pretzels with a kilogram of nutella, the boy told us that if it was enough and I with my mouth open said YESSS so that he would not put more but on other occasions he has touched us pretzels cold or without any flavor I think the bread had no salt ... so for that reason I give it half the score

Very rude employee! Their behaviour is very bad towards Uber drivers . They should think of it that they are not paying the drivers, even Uber driver help their business. Very disappointed!!

This owner is extremely disrespectful. My son and I went to order pretzel bites and he was rudely ignoring us and shaking his head no. I told him his sign shows pretzel bites so why does he advertise them but not sell them. He then proceeded to tell me he doesn’t speak English. Nice try! I switched to French and he then told me he has no dough for them. Well mr owner, you’re not fooling anybody. It’s the same dough, just a little bit of extra work involved to make them as the dough needs to but cut into smaller pieces and thrown in the oven for a couple minutes. I will never give him another dime. I was at Fairview today and ordered my pretzel bites and explained the situation to them and they understandably said that they may say no if it’s closer to closing time because of the extra time but any other time then it’s no problem. Fairview was extremely polite and precessional while this carrefour angrignon location serviced by its owner is terrible. The owner is disrespectful and lazy. If you haven’t read all the comments, I read one prior to posting this that was posted today about an individual attempting to make a purchase and noticing the owner doesn’t wear gloves or wash his hands while handling the food after touching money and his mask and everything. Absolutely disgusting. Wish I could rate 0 stars. Perhaps reporting to the health authorities is the next step in getting this guy shut down

Very surprised that this place is still open. The guy who works there, I have to assume is the owner because he’s the only one there and is ALWAYS there is extremely lazy. My girlfriend went and wanted pretzel bites and the guy said he had none but said he could have them in 5 minutes so my girlfriend was like okay great. We went back literally 5 minutes later and he said no. How hard is it to make the pretzel bites, you literally have to just cut the pretzel into bit size pieces. Never ordering anything from here again even if it’s practically across the street from me. I’ll drive to the at Fairview or downtown
