Love dentistry on the falls ive been bringing my kids here for years and they are always so great with them efficient and do a wonderful job

This place is great and always make me feel okay that I have to bring my young son to all my appointments . he is always happy after his appointments as well.

Was very happy gave a 5 star rating before today. Now I am giving a 0 star rating. I was upset horribly. I did not have knowledge that you can not speak to clients or try to gain knowledge and new opinions from different nationalities. Freedom of speech I now have knowledge it is not acceptable at Dentistry on the falls My two Children had to go through this stress that was caused. Pierre Beaudoin

The staff are very kind and helpful. Vanessa, the dental hygienist is an angel. She was so patient and careful with my special needs son. Her service was a blessing in my life and I can't thank her enough.

Walked in during covid couple years back had a dentist look at tooth that needs to be done, got a bad vibe from him and bad vibe from place in general. Noone wearing masks in office during mask mandate. Place seemed dirty and the dentists came from toronto only work 1 day a week there, nah I'm good. Also there was a saw on the table where dentist chair was kinda wierded me out.

my experience was 5 star .Dr. Arpita did my treatment. She was very professional. She treated my tooth very perfectly. I did not have any pain. Her assistant izzay was really good too.Overall it was really amazing. Thanks for the service.

5 STARS FROM ME! From the reception staff, to the assistants and all the way to the dentists, this place has an amazing way of making sure you feel right at home and in the right hands. Best treatment and great customer service from their staff. Yesterday had the honor of having Dr. Arpita along with her assistant Israa, perform one of the most painless and smoothest treatments on me was nothing shy of perfect. Always making sure to check for my comfort and explaining the overall process, was perfect. Only dental office I'll ever go to! Highly recommend if you want to feel like your in the best hands!

Absolutely horrible service fillings fall out and cancel your appointments without any notice. Not a good place to get good lasting fillings and healthy teeth. They double book appointments as well which makes wait times longer and is probably the reason for such poor quality service. You have a different dentist working on you all the time. The big boss lady at the front desk was rude and condescending when I explained all fillings they did fell out, they want to recharge you for mistakes they make and blame the customer like she said to me oh it’s probably because of grinding of the teeth which we don’t grind our teeth and you can clearly see that on our dental files. Do yourself a favour take your family too a reputable dentist and one that is good with kids, they lack in that department as well as I was told to have her father take her as she listened better because she was reminded to keep her mouth wide open she was 5 and they canceled on the spot her filling. Please heed my advice and spare yourself the extra cost to fix there errors, the unprofessional receptionist, the inability to work on children, long wait times, and sudden cancellation of appointments they like to justify. Worst dental experience of my life.

Doctor Sarah and Doctor Patel are amazing ! Aswell as the support staff. Professional and caring. I have been seeking dentists from Brantford to Hamilton and I feel fortunate to find this office right here in Niagara
