I have lived at The Horizon for 2 years, it’s a solid concrete building that is very quiet with lots of long term owners in the building. It has a healthy reserve fund and is very clean. I feel the building is well managed and maintained

This building has a ventilation unit on the roof that is faulty and sounds like it's about to explode. Can be heard from adjacent buildings for about 2 blocks and is extremely loud, can't sleep at night because of the sound. Have seen sparks coming from it at night. Condo board apparently doesn't prioritize building maintenance.
