horrid customer service. Was told that I would recieve the axle saturday or monday. The axle was delivered wednesday which I don't have a problem with but, I had to call them every single day to see what was going on. If a part is late then you should be notifying the customer first and keeping them up to dayEdit: axles lasted 3 months and they bent. I tried to get warranty on them and they did nothing for me.

Took my Peterbilt there for suspension assessment. It was a disaster. The previous owners lied and did not maintain a damn thing.The shop spent 2 days on it and never hid anything.showed me worn parts. Showed me damage. Showed and told me everything before starting the job.I'm very happy with the repairs and the job was done in a timely manner.I would recommend them 100 percent for heavy truck suspension repairs.

I had to change my rear leaf springs, hangers and shackles on my Ford Ranger and the guys did an amazing job.Thanks Chris for giving me an awesome price. I am impressed with Abby Springs and will definitely recommend this place.

Wow! Thank you Amy and the team at Abby Spring Service! Their service was incredible. Our RV broke down on Highway-1 in Chilliwack. We were able to limp it to a shop near the end of the day that removed our driveshaft and delivered it to Abby Spring Service. The continuance of our trip depended on getting a new one very quickly. Our 6 year-old daughter was devastated at the thought of not going camping with her cousins. Amy and team were able to make our trip happen! We had a perfectly fabricated and balanced driveshaft first thing the next morning. Perfect! We were back on the road; Abby Spring Service saved our vacation. I would highly recommend them to get or keep your vehicle on the road.
