The team at C&N did an outstanding job for me of restoring the basement of a vacant home that suffered water damage. They were on the scene to assess the situation within an hour of being called. The next day they had a crew in the basement to remove damaged flooring, baseboards, drywall and fixtures and started the drying out process. They provided detailed estimates for the emergency removal and drying work and stuck to their estimates and timelines. After all of the moisture damage had been removed, they provided a detailed scope and estimate to restore the basement and then proceeded to complete the work, on time and on budget. The workmanship quality and attention to detail was excellent. Throughout the whole repair process, I could remotely see the daily progress through detailed photos that were posted on a web based application. Communication with me was handled by Brent, the C&N Project Manager, who promptly and professionally dealt with any questions or requests that I had and kept me informed of any issues that came up. I highly recommend C&N to anyone who needs to deal with an emergency repair in their home!

20 years of experience making assumptions and pointing fingers. Would get the job done quicker if they weren't speculating between water damage or dog piss, or looking at sump pump that has nothing to do with what they're working on. Water damage specialists and also detectives.

Awesome Company! Very professional & responsive! We had our basement flood late in the evening & they were at my house within a couple hours! They dealt with everything & made what would have been a horrible experience very good!A huge thank you to C&N! You guys rock!I highly recommend these guys!!

They were provided by my insurance company to clean up after a sewage flood. They did come somewhat quickly, however they clearly do not take this work seriously. The floor itself and the items which were moved to a different level and claimed to be sanitized all required the toilet paper and feces removed by myself afterward. I have attached an example of something which was cleaned". I am concerned they are billing the insurance company for work they have not done

These guys really work there hardest to get the job done! They are easy to talk to and try to get you answers as soon as they can! I had my house flood a few years back and these guys were at my house within a couple hours and started their work right away! Loved these guys! Honest, hardworking people!I’d recommend these guys to anyone!

C&N responded to our flood without delay. They contacted me within a couple of hours, and were honest and reassuring. They cleaned up the mess and pulled out the damaged stuff quickly but with respect for my home. I really appreciate their efforts. I was comfortable with them and would choose them again.

We've had work done through this company 3 times. Only once was one small piece of drywall not re-installed! Work was done quickly once the insurance adjusters got out of the way.

Every time I have spoken to either the estimators or the owners I have always been treated very well. They are thorough and professional.

They are amazing to deal with! Super knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. I've dealt with them more than once, and they are the only company I will deal with. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! If you want the job done right and fast, give them a call and you won't be disappointed!

They are friendly and try to help but overall they are too busy to get the job done quickly and efficiently. We ended up going with another contractor as 2 months without restoring the basement was much too long.
