The service was good, but I don't understand why they had to schedule a seasonal tire rotation appointment for 10 am and then require me to wait for two hours before I could pick up the car. Better scheduling / capacity planning would be great.

Drive an old car that is hard to find people who are knowledgeable on the car, these guys did an amazing job. Rob was a great help and was able to do it on the time crunch I gave him. Great service, will use him again for future business

Rob was amazing and very attentive replacing my rear shocks & rear brake pads and sensors on time and within quoted budget in less than 5 hours from coming in for quote. Highly recommend coming here

I'm just writing for those who is considering to visit this auto service centre. I hope you can make a great decision for your car service.This centre has fairly good review point and several branch different area. for this reason, I though like they must be fairly good so I have had a few service such as oil change for past 1year. but i was totally wrong and it turned out they're just asking reviews to their customer after service.(i also had given them 5star....)I had an issue with my car the other day and visited this centre. I let them to figure out with diagnosis fee $ 147.95. they said your car's clutch is gone so it's going to cost $ 2,600 to change it. i was shocked the cost and sooner i figured like it doesn't any make sense and got me thinking something going wrong. so i just paid the diagnosis fee and visited other service centre.And they said it has nothing to do with clutch, it just need to be a minor adjusting. then my car was working fine, they did not asking any money.i was very angry about it and visited the centre again to get an apology. but they never apologized to me and they just kept making excuses. lastly they said that you didn't lost any money"i felt absurd and then just left the centre right away.If you are considering to visit this auto service centre please keep my case in mind. In my humble opinion

Called with simple request. How much to remove tires from rims? Answer $40. Bring the wheels (off the car by the way so real simple job). Suddenly $40 becomes half hour labour which is $77 with tax. Ok I say let’s do it, I am already here! Unload the wheels from the truck. Chief mechanic David shows up, oh no these are low profile tires, the cost will be one hour labour! So $150. 225/45/18 are low profile by his standards.So we go from $40 to $150 hey? Goodbye I say and take my business elsewhere.
