I was very disappointed in the response to my complaint about hand sanitizer manufactured by Deb that was sold to us when we were trying to reopen our business. It smelled so bad it was useless. Soon after I called and she said yes we know it smells bad but offered no solution. Then I called today after the recall by Health Canada that hand sanitizer that was made with ethyl alcohol is being recalled. It was stated they offer no refunds and I asked if the manufacturer was offering replacement. Answer no, I replied no customer service or empathy. $188 down the drain in addition to the 100's of dollars of being spent on protection equipment we never had to have in place before.

Repaired my power washer under warranty quick and efficiently. good crew you have there !!

I'm not in the habit of doing this but if you have employee of the month it should go to Jennifer.A very polite on phone and in person sales associate.You have a keeper.
