This team was a blessing,My roomates struggled to find places before I leave for the Military which resulted in me calling this company less than a day notice for assistance.I also underestimated how much my roommates had when I called.Not only were they able to come in the next morning but they also worked hard during the 12+ hours (i mistaken that it would take only 4) to be making sure everything was taken and fit into a 10×15x10 storage.I wouldn't have blamed them if they stopped halfway because of my error but they stayed and really helped me finish the job so I can leave on time the next day to start my new journey without.Thank you for putting up with the crazy, I really needed it.

Will and Mo were very professional and helpful during our move. I booked moving services with Black Star Moving and they were great. They informed me of their arrival time, arrived at my place at the given time, and conducted the entire job in a very professional manner. From the get-go, their communication was excellent, Joe answered all my questions and the moving crew was respectful with me and my items.

There wasn't anything that I asked of them that they were not happy to do. My move was a bit complex and they were able to do everything I needed to be done. Zak and his team were awesome. Super kind, efficient, communicative, and easy to work with. They took excellent care of our items and worked quickly. They were understanding as we made decisions on the fly as to where things should go. Joe was fabulous to work with in getting everything scheduled and set up. Everyone was a delight to work with and we would hire Black Star Moving again in an instant. Highly recommendrecommend!

We hired Black Star Moving to help us move. They were absolutely amazing! Their guys wrapped and protected EVERY piece of furniture they moved. They even disconnected our washer and dryer and reconnected them at our new house. Their team was fast, and efficient and communicated with us very well even days before they arrived. They were on time and extremely professional. Absolutely stellar service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time utilizing Black star for my move and the experience was absolutely amazing. Joe and Will wrapped and handled all my items with extreme care and disassembled and reassembled everything as needed. They also made sure everything was intact and working before leaving. Definitely recommend the Joe and Will crew.

First time using Black Star Moving and they did not disappoint! Georges, Mo, and Will were a great team. I'm always a little anxious when movers are handling my things but these guys never gave me any cause for concern - even with my upright piano. I was impressed with how personable they were, while also being so quick, while also being so careful - start to finish was only 2 hours and 15 minutes!I hope I don't have to move for a long time, but if I do I willdefinitely be using this company again.

The movers were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. The team was effective in communicating with moving large items like a treadmill and piano!
