Terrible drive through, too tall for cars, can't get close enough to be able to use the machine, a must-get-out-of-car if you even attempt to use without owning a truck

Staff are great. Only annoyance is the drive through. Not car friendly at all and the envelopes are always soaked if it has rained.

Switch here from RBC after continuous horrible experiences. Excellent customer service. Really great at working with the businesses needs. They are always welcoming and look out for the interest of us as a customer. The branch manager is super friendly! Would highly recommend this institution
