Both our beaver tails were pretty great and the staff were friendly. Even though it's a chain, the dough wasn't the same as the Beavertail shop. Slightly disappointing but still enjoyable.

We had Poutail & Bananarama! So delicious and loved every bite.. portions are quite big and not to mention customer service is very professional.. guy who made the food was so nice & girl at the cashier is so welcoming.. thanks guys!

Very disappointed in this location. I went 3 times during my week trip. The 2nd time I went it was exactly what I've had from other locations. The first and last time I went they were undercooked and chewy. The 3rd time they were lazily put together and the toppings were sparse

As usual, beavertails are always delicious. This location has a cute little section to sit down outside to enjoy your dessert. Staff was friendly.

This is a cute little quirky place. They do have a bit of patio seating option I suppose too. I tried their brownie and strawberry cheesecake pastry. Both were good but the brownie was just out of the world amazing. The service was good but could have been quicker. The parking situation is little tough because you either have to park on the street or in the lot if you find one.

I grew up in Ottawa and live near London now, so this is a regular annual trip! My kids love them too... But much better in the winter while skating or walking and drinking a hot chocolate... I wish there were more locations and open during the winter... But a MUST try for everyone!

Well, we found another Beaver Tails! Yum! As usual the food was very good. Everyone not their own tail and flavor. They were all very good and delicious! The store was busy, but not too crazy. They do have some outdoor seating, but you might have to wait.This is definitely a walk-up location, parking near here during peak times will be a challenge. Also, you will need to work of the calories, from the Beaver Tail!
