I cannot believe these people still have customers and why Walmart hires them as a service provider.There attitude towards this customer leaves nothing to compare .Making seniors carry out tv,s for them to pick up and repair.In which they didn't. Enough said!!Can,t rate zero,so there lucky they got one.Bestway is not always the right way!

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Very condescending. Has no patience. Doesn't care about the customer. They only care about themselves when it comes to business. They're borderline scamming people. You're welcome to trust these people, but you have been warned.

I was pleasantly surprised. Had my 65 tv fixed in 2 hrs. The backlight was kaput and he had one in stick and fixed it.Price was excellent. He said a 1000$ tv for me."

Most the reviews here must be fake.. these guys are unpleasant to deal with and inconvenient... waited over 2 weeks for them to come pick up my t.v. for warranty repair and still waiting.. they don't even know when they are able to come get it so obviously they are very u organized.. they only got one star because the option for zero stars is not available
