Terribly Rude staff and poor customer service to say the least. One of the female sandwich artist always rushes customers in a very rude manner. Noone greets customers with a smile or anything. All working like robots there.

Meh, it's Subway so I don't expect too much. Would be nice if the employees actually paid attention and made/gave you what you order (have had a few mistakes over the past year).

Cant believe how some people treat a paying customer...3 girls serving me this afternoon and the first one was rude, unattended, and extremely poor at customer service... it seemed I was inconvenient for her to serve me....perhaps she should find a job that customers don't interfere with how important herIfe is .this only seems to happen in Olds and know the solution is to just not go there anymore

Today I went for veggie Sub and they don’t even bother to change the gloves while putting veggies in sub and used same knife they use for meat sub without cleaning it. Worst experience. I did throw away sub and not going there while same staff working as today. Other staffs are good, never had problem before.Doesn’t deserve even 1 star today

They always get my complicated order right despite it being an older sub no longer on the menu. Friendly and efficient staff. Never disappointed.
