We recently ordered and purchased a 2023 RAV 4 from Cochrane Toyota. From the first phone call to driving away, the service was excellent! It begins with the receptionist. She was so excited to see us get the keys to our vehicle. She gave us pointers and tips before we even saw the sales manager. She knows her stuff!Ryan, the sales manager, went above and beyond to locate EXACTLY the vehicle we wanted. He kept in contact with us throughout the process.When delivery day came, Reid took us through the vehicle back to front, connected our electronics and made sure we were comfortable. Manny expedited our sign off process (we paid cash) and out the door we went.Several days later, we had a follow up conversation to make sure we were happy.Since we are from outside of Edmonton, you might wonder why we chose Cochrane Toyota. SERVICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE and value for money. Thank you Cochrane Toyota.

HUGE, MASSIVE shout out to Josee!!! She went above and beyond to get me approved for my dream vehicle!!!! The laughs and happy cry’s I had in her office is something I will never forget. I cannot say thank you enough for everything Cochrane Toyota has done for me. Thank you to Andrew for helping me find the vehicle I wanted and the constant communication while I was waiting for my vehicle to be delivered!! If you are currently looking for the best Toyota dealership to work with in the Calgary and surrounding area look no further. My husband and I were looking for a reliable family vehicle and unfortunately had a horrible experience at another Toyota dealership leaving us feeling pretty defeated in the vehicle buying process. When we walked into Cochrane Toyota all of our negative experiences were quickly forgotten about. Everyone in the dealership was exceptionally kind, transparent and informative. Jeff did an impeccable job at listening to our needs and making sure that we felt good about the vehicle we were purchasing. I will recommend him to anyone I know buying a vehicle in the future. This dealership is full of good people wanting to help other people find what they need. We hope to work with Jeff and the rest of the team at Cochrane Toyota again in the future and are so grateful for their services. Head on over there you won’t be disappointed!

Business Tip for Cochrane Toyota: Before posting a used vehicle on your website and selling that vehicle to a customer maybe do your inspection first to determine if the vehicle is repairable.And maybe honour the deal after saying you would fix any issue prior to vehicle pickup.And maybe don't wait 2 days until vehicle pickup to let the customer know the issue, after they went to the expense of transferring the insurance and registration from the vehicle they were trading in.Nothing but lost out-of-pocket costs with this dealership. Will boycott this place forever.

Sold my Corolla Hybrid to these nice folks.Dealt with: Andrew B. and Joyce G.Andrew is a no-BS fella. Straight to the point. No fluff. No building you up. He gets down to business and that's the way I like it.Joyce, however, is the best of the best. She exudes professionalism and customer service. Everyone who sells cars for a living could learn a thing or two from her on how to make customers feel welcome, appreciated and most of all, valued.This was the fastest I've ever been paid by a dealership. Having owned many Toyota vehicles over the last two decades, Cochrane Toyota is like a diamond in the rough. All the Calgary dealerships are horrible but Cochrane Toyota puts them to shame. I've just about bought vehicles from Country Hills Toyota to Charleglen and they all pale in comparison to Cochrane Toyota.I know now where I'll buy my future vehicles.Thanks again Joyce! We purchased a 2015 Toyota Sequoia Limited from out of province. Our experience here with Mark and Taylor was awesome! Mark picked us up from the Calgary airport at no fee, brought us there quickly and we got through the deal quite seamlessly. We were happy the way they treated us. They made us feel very comfortable, and were quite reasonable with the offer itself. Just like they promised, they fueled up the gas tank at their own expense as well. They also seemed to know their stuff pretty well. I recommend this place.
