The communication was great I had service done a year ago. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 star was because I just recently had to have them come out to correct an oversight on their end from last year (mind you they didn’t charge even with it being a year out and handled it promptly and professionally!) and their pricing was high (I was billed for time travelled and I live 30 min away fromTheir store they knew what work was needed but didn’t bring all the necessary tools so being charged for the travel time to get the tools and come back seemed a bit far stretched but needless to say I paid it). Great customer service very accommodating and I can trust their work!

Excellent reaction time. Knowledgeable staff and 24-hour emergency service (with parts on hand). We highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

Had a blocked toilet Sunday morning. I called Hyde Park Plumbing, who sent a plumber out within an hour of my call. An excellent job done, very courteous efficient. Thank you so much for coming out so quickly. I highly recommend them.

I am really frustrated. I had Hyde park plumbing come out today as per my landlord’s request to fix a septic issue. They were an hour late when I was told 10-12:30 they arrived at 1:30 after I had my landlord call and ask them for a new time.I told the guys they could wear their shoes only in the basement (hard wood floor) as I was prepared to bleach the floors after and if they needed me to just yell because I didn’t want their dirty sewage covered shoes on the carpet of my stairs. Not once but 4 times did they come up and down the stairs to ask me for simple requests and each time the man was wearing his shoes. No covers on them or anything. Kinda common sense not to walk on carpet with sewage on your shoes right? Apparently not….I have 3 toddlers that all climb up and down those carpet stairs on their hands and knees. I have spent hours cleaning the stairs in hopes it’s sanitized.I am beyond upset. They also left a huge mess. Why can’t they clean up the sewage? They knew I was here alone with young children. When I came downstairs to puddles of sewage on the floor and sewage in the laundry room where the overflow happened with not one thing cleaned up or the washing machine moved back for me I was shocked… I won’t be recommending this company to anyone. This is unacceptable.They did get the job done and were nice but this is just too big of an issue for me.Would they do that to someone who is disabled and cannot clean? Or for someone with a brand new beautiful multimillion dollar home? Let’s hope not.

Called due to furnace not blowing warm air. Chris and Chris came out and were wonderful. Diagnosed, went and got a part and replaced motor within an hour.5 ⭐️

Colby and Jacob did a fantastic job with the repairs, and they are very professional about it, I'm appreciative of the fact they came out on the holiday (Canada Day). They came out the day before assessing the issue and were able to come out the next morning and complete the task in a quick and timely manner. The HVAC guys also got my furnace fixed in the mean time and the team at Hyde park plumbing&heating is definitely worth the call.

This time I called them, but they didn't return my call. We got another company to do what we needed done and were very happy with them.However, we have used Hyde Park plumbing before, and they have always sent someone quickly and done the work we wanted with no problems.

Our sump pump stopped working and water filled to the top and was on the verge of causing way more damage to our basement. We called Hyde Park Plumbing and within about 45 minutes Curtis showed up. He replaced the sump pump and made sure everything was working. He was incredibly professional, thorough and honestly the service and response time was way more than we could have ever imagined. Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend Hyde Park Plumbing & Heating. The staff came to inspect, remove & install a hot water tank. The guys were all friendly, efficient, knowledgeable as they answered all of my questions. respectful of my home. Put down many drop sheets and cleaned up afterwards. Notified me with everything they did. As frustrating as the situation was in my basement from a previous tenant, they were patient with me and understanding.Thankful for their expertise. If needed in the future I would definitely have them back. THANK YOU.Kathy.B

They were phenomenal. Mike and his entire crew were so helpful. They were kind and courteous and were great with our dogs and cats. Didn’t matter which person came in for the day to work on the bathroom, their work ethics were super spectacular. And the work they did to complete our total overhaul of the bathroom was beyond perfect. Thank you Mike, Dan and all the rest. Hyde park plumbing and heating, you’re #1 in my books. Thank you again
