I’m upset that they’ve changed the ingredients in F6 Meat Sauce Pasta. I was a big fan of it when I first tried it at the restaurant. The sauce that they put on the noodles is delicious but idk why they have to changed that. They changed the sauce to tomato sauce which I’m 100% sure not the same as before. I went here many times before COVID. They should change the photo on Uber eat cuz it not the same thing in case if anyone is going to order this.

Food is quickly served and competitively priced to other Markham Chinese lunches. The normal lunch bento comes with 1 main and 3 sides. There is a lot to pick from. I love that this place accepts credit cards and isn't just cash/debit. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the bento size is just as small as any other Chinese bentos, but I can eat twice as much when I am hungry.

Location is easy to find and the space is small but well lit and clean. Ordered their Mango Mango shaved ice and found it to be pretty delicious, especially the mango jelly topping.I went on a Friday night and I honestly found the service procedure to be mildly confusing...Normally if the menu is on the table, I expect to have my order taken... But it turns out that we needed to go up and order? On top of that, we also needed to go up to ask for water and pay the bill, even though our dessert was brought to our table.I'm not one to be picky or high maintenance, but it definitely made for a less than ideal experience.

Food was disappointing. It seems they just microwave previously prepared food. Both of our rice bowls were only luke warm. The drink is not bad.

Go first time with family. Food is good for bubble tea cafe. Tea is steep enough but don't compare with other better one since lunch special is cheap along with basic bubble tea. I got a Jasmine tea and it has enough steep tea taste. I have been different and probably the best among all zenq compare to others in Toronto. Not too many people on a Saturday afternoon. Good for a sit-down with a friend. Environment and ambience consider to be quiet I think at 12pm. Service is not a lot but due to the fact of the price and food. I give a 3.75 to 4 stars.

Taiwanese style lunch bentos. Quite a large selection/variety with friendly staff.[Edit] rating unchanged, still a great place. Came in one day, they forgot to start the rice cooker and didnt have much steamed rice available. Before I ordered, they apologized for the inconvenience and honestly address the issue; gave me the opportunity to either order elsewhere or a substitution. Offered noodles / black rice, had no idea, that was an option. Black rice was great.

The food is hit and miss! There are times they would give you the right food choices and portion, but there are times they just skim out on the portion and give you very little. Then also when I ordered popcorn chicken, but gives you some random chicken that has so many bones and other non-edible things such as 3x plum seed and ginger! Used to be good before but now it’s degraded.
