Dr. Marion has been the most professional, caring, knowledgeable and understanding person. The receptionist is understanding and patient. My surgical team for my full knee replacement (x2) was so very helpful and patient with me and my questions. I knew I was in the best care. Thank you all for getting me moving on with my life again!!

After waiting 8 days for surgery, I was finally seen for surgery with Dr. Marion. I provided him with the short term disability papers from my employer the day of the surgery. Approximately 2 weeks later I had called the Big Thunder Orthopaedics Office to see approximately how long it would take to get them filled out the receptionist I spoke with after hours of calling to speak with someone said “ you know people take holidays right? It could take 60 days to get the papers filled out. 5 weeks after my incident I am still waiting for the papers to be filled out. They have no concept that without those papers I do not get paid. I have now gone with out pay for 5 weeks.

Professional and courteous. They took the time to explain my procedure to me and answered all my questions. Operation went perfectly

The secretary is extremely rude and thinks she is a Dr. When told to make a f/up appt. she will give you a run around and won't let you book an appt. because she doesn't think it's necessary, even though you were told to f/up. She has ignored Dr.'s, Nurses, Patients, Dr.'s assistants, all who have also tried to book appt's for patients. One star is too generous.I would like to clarify that there are several Drs practicing in this office under Big Thunder Orthopedic Associates
