I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with Naomi!!!She was professional and kind, helped me decide what changes I wanted, as my hair was very long.She did an AMAZING job and i will definitely go back!!!!I'm thrilled with my new hair style, she created what I couldn't quite articulate.The atmosphere at the salon was positive, definitely a ten in my books!!!

Brittney is amazing! She is the best of the best! she does blonde so flawlessly! most people don’t know how to do good highlights but hers are beautiful and blend so nice! no one does hair like brittney!

I called to book an appointment very recently, and this is the response I received…”No, and for what?”, then they come back on the phone and it’s not “No, I’m sorry we don’t have any appointments available for this week”, instead it’s “No, we’re booking into next week”. Sorry, but your phone etiquette/customer service could use some work. I won’t bother to call you next time.

I have tried many hair stylist when returning home, I was my hair and style it over, never satisfied.....until I went to Image Salon. My hair is just the way i want it. Very professional and friendly service. Naomi is the stylist to ask for. She sure knows hair. Thank you Naomi.

Great location and ambience, however, I will not return for a second visit. The hairdresser I had felt unwelcoming and, although she nailed the cut I wanted, the colour was not at all what I wanted.When I expressed my disappointment about the colour she suggested I make another apt and come back in a month for a touch up. I do not think it's reasonable to expect I would pay her more money to fix a colour job that was not what I asked for.

Wishing there was an option for zero stars... my friend went in yesterday and asked for a color shown in a picture she did not even get a color remotely the same it was super uneven and it looked like she had done it her self with a cheap box dye so so sad Jackie was very rude to her and thinned her hair without asking i can't even believe someone would leave someone's hair looking this way not to mention my friend being in tears! Will be passing this on. Wish this allowed me to share pictures absolutely ridiculous!!!

Went in for just colour. Confirmed price before I went. When done I ended paying almost 3 times the quoted price, I was quite upset but I got my colour so I even left her a nice tip. It wasn’t until I got back home that I realized my face and ears were covered in dye and my hair felt so rough that I couldn’t even put my brush through it. Clearly my hair had not been washed or conditioned. So I needed to wash it right away and condition it. Also this place DOES NOT USE AVEDA products!!!! I ended up paying more for my colour here than I would have paid at my salon in the city that uses all Aveda products.Clearly people in Midland are not familiar with Aveda products as a result this salon is getting away with false advertising!!!!
